Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! Please read our return and exchange policy carefully. Your order is eligible for return or exchange only if reported within 48 hours of delivery.

1. Return Window

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you wish to return or exchange an item. After this period, unfortunately we cannot accept any return or exchange requests.

2. Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are only accepted if:

  • An incorrect product was delivered (different from your order confirmation).
  • The item has a manufacturing or quality defect.
  • The product was damaged in transit.

All returned items must be in their original condition – unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

3. How to Request a Return

Please email us at contact.papernest@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include the following details:

  • Order number
  • Name of the product(s) to be returned/exchanged
  • Delivery address
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product and packaging (for incorrect, defective, or damaged items)

4. Return Process

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pick-up or send you a return shipping label with instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products (special orders, made-to-measure)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale/clearance items (final sale)

7. Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact.papernest@gmail.com.

If you need an exchange for an incorrect or damaged item, we will arrange a replacement once approved.

Note: Return/exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
